Price of lowest tier changed

Hey, just a quick update to say that I changed the price to the lowest tier of TheMetalCarrotDev Collection because it now includes a game - Stepping Stone Jack: Director's Cut.
I made this change because I wanted the main focus of the collections to be on games. And the lowest tier previously just included zines and books, without a game.
